ICE WaRM Masters Scholarship Programme in Water Resources Management for International Students
The International Centre of Excellence in Water Resources Management (ICE WaRM) in Australia offers a scholarship programme for high quality foreign students to education and training in water resources management, delivered by ICE WaRM partner institutions which include:-
• University of Adelaide• University of South Australia• Flinders University• Deakin University• CQ University
The scholarship awarded is either full or partial which for international students is around AUD30,000 and AUD 15,000 respectively.
Eligibility
All persons with a water related background and/or an interest in further study in water resources management are encouraged to apply.

Vice-Chancellor’s International Postgraduate Scholarships at University of Southern Queensland
University of Southern Queensland (USQ) offers scholarships to International students who are lined up to begin a full-time postgraduate degree by coursework, on-campus at USQ in either Toowoomba, Springfield or Fraser Coast.
Eligibility
International students pursuing any postgraduate degree by coursework offered full-time at University of Southern Queensland.
Scholarship Value
AUD1,000 which will be awarded after beginning of the initial semester of study.

International Code Council Foundation (ICCF) Scholarships
Introduction
The International Code Council Foundation (ICCF) is offering scholarships to members of the Government who are interested in attending the Final Action Code Hearings.
This Scholarship would give the winners Cost refunds for the expenses incurred according to the ICC travel Policy. To qualify for this award, the government employers should please send a written statement covering their employees out of station allowances if they are given the scholarship.
The ICCF will award between 15 and 25 scholarships in 2009 and they will be given according to the following categories:-
- Emerging Leaders – individuals who have served between 4 and 9 years. This will solidify commitment to the organization and industry as well as reward current participation.
- Future Leaders – individuals who are new to the industry, serving 4 years or less. This will provide a foundation for continued participation and leadership throughout the winners’ careers.
- International Leaders – officials must reside outside of the United States. This category recognizes the importance of sharing knowledge and best practices with our counterparts abroad.
- Small Town Leaders – officials whose city or county population is 20,000 or less. This will ensure the representation of small towns and rural areas which by nature tend to have less of a presence at the conference.
- Veteran Leaders – individuals who have served 10 years or more. This will reward their continued leadership as well as ensure that the organization continues to benefit from their experience and knowledge.
Applicant Criteria
All applications should be submitted online.
All applicants should be current workers in the building or fire code industries as well as represent a government body. Applicants should also be members of their local ICC chapter.
